About Christy:

Christy Mobley has been married to David for forty years. After college she worked in the pharmaceutical industry until she and David started their family. Christy spent the next twenty-three years focused on raising their two boys. Being a girly girl she always thought God gave her boys so she wouldn't have to share her clothes. But now they are grown and have blessed her with daughter-in-laws and grandchildren (two girls and a boy).

Christy received her Life Purpose Coaching certification from Life Purpose Coaching International in 2011. She’s often described as authentic, motivating and encouraging. Her transparency and wisdom have offered her the opportunity to mentor many young women through the years mostly in the areas of raising their children and navigating family relationships. Her desire is to see them grow closer to God by helping them see Him at work in their everyday circumstances.

Christy is an award-winning writer, taking first place in the Proverbs 31 Compel-Training devotional contest, her devotion being published in “Encouragement for Today.” She also was the winner of the 4th Annual Faith Radio Writing Contest. She’s been featured on (in)courage, published multiple times on the syndicated site, For Every Mom and was a guest on Katie M Reid’s, The Martha and Mary Show Podcast.

When Christy’s not writing, speaking or chasing grandkids, you can find her combing the Ponte Vedra Beach shoreline for shark teeth.
